I am a person who loves to solve problems challenges,

As a Buyer for an IT Distribution¬†business, I was trying to assess the best time to buy,¬† ensuring that our customers got the best value, or finding the ‘new’ thing that would fly of the shelves for our customers.

As an Account Manager for an IT Marketing Agency, it was to provide the best fit strategy and work with the marketing team to get the buy in from the sales team so the whole process was smooth and would provide them with the best engagement and importantly the best ROI.

As a Recruiter, it was understanding the candidates’ goals, wants and needs and matching that to a business who was the right fit.

And now as a Business Development guy at Fireworx, I want to help businesses understand their audience, help them define their voice and reach those that need to hear them. Ultimately helping that business grow with the right people.
